Esteemed guest conductor Leonard Slatkin leads the Carnegie Mellon Philharmonic & Chorus in a captivating program showcasing the brilliance of 20th century composers, starting with Ernest Bloch's evocative Concerto Grosso No. 1 in D minor, weaving through the spiritual depths of Igor Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms, and culminating in the dynamic and colorful sounds of Béla Bartók's Concerto for Orchestra.
