A concert and conversation about the creation of a new musical with award-winning artists David Baron (author), Michael John LaChiusa (composer/lyricist/librettist) and Bill Rauch (director). Set in 1878, American Eclipse, a new musical, is a story about three American pioneers of science and their ambitions, failures, and resilience that laid the foundation for America’s rise to scientific greatness.
