Skaneateles Festival

Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Skaneateles Festival with "An Evening with Chris Thile" on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. This special event will take place at the Robinson Pavilion at Anyela’s Vineyards, located at 2433 West Lake Road, Skaneateles, NY 13152.

For the first time at the festival, we are proud to present MacArthur Fellow and GRAMMY Award-winning mandolinist, singer, and songwriter Chris Thile. Known for his incredible versatility and as a genre-defying musical genius, Thile has captivated audiences worldwide. He is a founding member of the critically acclaimed bands Punch Brothers and Nickel Creek and the former host of the public radio favorite "Live from Here." Don't miss the opportunity to experience Chris Thile's charismatic solo performance, where his program will be announced live from the stage.

Tickets for this exclusive event go on sale on May 1. The evening is generously sponsored by Dan and Linda Scaia, with additional support from other benefactors. 

The Robinson Pavilion at Anyela’s Vineyards offers a stunning backdrop for this concert, with gates opening at 6:00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Seating is open, with options for both chair seating near the front of the stage and lawn seating. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic or enjoy selections from Anyela’s Vineyard's offerings of wine, local craft beer, and snacks. Please note, no alcohol or glass bottles may be brought into the concert.
