Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Be. Live. And Play Well Gala, hosted at the Clemens Center in Elmira, New York, on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This year's theme, "May the Fourth Be with You," promises an exciting blend of activities for both the young and the young at heart, all in support of the Clemens Center's diverse programs.

The gala evening will feature cocktail attire, heavy hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar, live and silent auctions, and the unique opportunity to dance on the Powers Theater Stage. An ice cream social and fun, larger-sized games will ensure there's something for everyone to enjoy. Highlights include giant JENKA, Connect Four, a large LEGO mural, and LUDOSPORT Lightsaber demonstrations. Our newly completed outdoor courtyard will also be open, complete with musical instruments for play, alongside many indoor lobby activities and games.

Tickets are available for individual purchase at $125, which includes all activities, or reserve a table of 8 for $1,000, including 8 drink vouchers. Special pricing is available for youth tickets (ages 12 to 17) at $75, featuring LEGO and/or LIGHTSABER activities. Seating is based on the order date, with requests accommodated through order notes.

This gala is not just a party; it's a crucial fundraising event with a goal to raise $70,000 to support the Clemens Center's programs, including the M&T Broadway Series, Special Clemens Center Concerts and Events, support for our 5 resident companies, and the Family Connex Series. Your participation helps us continue to provide over 200 annual events to our community of 40,000 patrons.
