For a brief moment in 1955, The Moulin Rouge broke racial barriers, offering a space where individuals of all backgrounds could mingle, gamble, and dance until the early hours. It attracted a plethora of late-night luminaries such as Nat King Cole, Sammy Davis Jr., Harry Belafonte, Lena Horne, Judy Garland, and Frank Sinatra, turning it into a beacon of hope and unity.

This event not only celebrates the vibrant legacy of The Moulin Rouge but also explores its significant impact on the civil rights movement and its enduring influence on Las Vegas and beyond.
