Join us for the Carol L. Kimball Spotlight on Opera Series, an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our Festival Season. This enlightening series runs from May 6 to June 3, 2024, offering a unique opportunity to delve into the season’s operas. Engage in panel discussions with an array of contributors including composers, librettists, directors, designers, singers, and special guest speakers. Each session, moderated by General Director Andrew Jorgensen, focuses on a different production, enriching your experience with live performances of operatic excerpts by our Richard Gaddes Festival Artists and Gerdine Young Artists.

Whether you prefer to attend in person or enjoy the convenience of streaming from home, the Carol L. Kimball Spotlight on Opera Series accommodates all preferences. For those attending virtually, a private link to watch the event will be sent within 24 hours of each Spotlight. 

Take advantage of our subscription options to attend all four Spotlights and save. In-person subscriptions are available for $48, while livestream subscriptions are offered at just $40. Individual tickets are also available for $15 for regular attendance and $12 for the livestream option.

Each event begins at 7:00 PM, with doors opening at 6:00 PM, followed by a short, informal reception. The program runs for approximately 75-80 minutes at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center, located at 210 E Monroe Ave, Kirkwood, MO 63122.
