Under the direction of Barb Catlin, the Pomona College Jazz Ensemble is exciting to perform a modern interpretation of one of Duke Ellington’s lesser-known works, the Far East Suite. Joining the Jazz Ensemble are special guests Kirsten Edkins on woodwinds, Ken Rosser on guitar and Clarice Cast on percussion.
