**About Chief Adjuah:**
Chief Xian aTunde Adjuah, formerly known as Christian Scott, is a renowned trumpeter, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer. He is a two-time Edison Award winner and a six-time Grammy Award nominee. Adjuah is celebrated for his innovative contributions to music, including the creation of the Stretch Music app and the design of unique musical instruments such as the Adjuah Trumpet and Chief Adjuah’s Bow.

Adjuah is the Chieftain and Oba of the Xodokan Nation and the current Grand Griot of New Orleans. He is the grandson of the late Big Chief Donald Harrison Sr. and the nephew of jazz innovator Big Chief Donald Harrison Jr. Since 2001, Adjuah has released 13 critically acclaimed studio recordings and is recognized as the progenitor of the Stretch Music style, which emphasizes genre-blind fusion.

Adjuah has worked with a variety of prominent artists, including Prince, Thom Yorke, McCoy Tyner, Marcus Miller, Flea, Eddie Palmieri, Robert Glasper, Mos Def Yasin Bey, Talib Kweli, and Saul Williams. He has also scored music for his twin brother, Kiel Adrian Scott, a Directors Guild of America Award recipient.

- Film and brand partnerships with PBS’ American Masters and GAP’s Skate Meet Horn campaign.
- Multiple Grammy nominations for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album and Best Contemporary Jazz Album.
