The program includes masterpieces by Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, and Georg Philipp Telemann, with a special focus on Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 in F major, BWV 1047.

This concerto is a brilliant display of instrumental competition, featuring solo parts for flute, oboe, violin, and trumpet. The trumpet part, in particular, is known for its demanding high register and fanfare-like motifs, creating an exhilarating auditory experience. The unique F major key adds to the intrigue, with some musicologists suggesting that Bach originally intended the trumpet part for the horn. The Brandenburg Concertos, dedicated to Christian Ludwig, Margrave of Brandenburg, are a testament to Bach's ingenuity and his ability to blend multiple solo instruments into a cohesive and dynamic performance.
