As a violinist, Elena champions works by underrepresented composers including Ethel Smyth (BBC Proms 2022), Florence Price, Mel Bonis and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor. She has given acclaimed performances as a soloist with major orchestras throughout the United States, including the New York Philharmonic and Boston Pops, and has also appeared with the London Philharmonic, Hallé and Philharmonia.
