The Coalminers  — the band who toured with Loretta Lynn for over 40 years in front of more than 25 million fans at 5000+ shows worldwide —  continues to celebrate the Queen of Country with their amazing presentation of ALWAYS LORETTA featuring Emily Portman as Loretta.  Emily portrayed Loretta in the Conway Twitty musical “It’s Only Make Believe”, and during frequent trips to visit the country star at her ranch in Hurricane Mills Tennessee, Emily traded stories and moments with Loretta that forged a strong bond and a real friendship between the two women.   When Loretta died in October of 2022, her family knew that Emily and The Coalminers were the way to keep Loretta’s legacy alive.
