The Goddess Fortuna is our muse for our season opener, Gala Fortuna. Drawing inspiration from Fortuna, who is the personification of luck and fate, we start our journey with Verdi’s bold overture to his opera ‘La forza del destino’ setting the stage for Paul Leavitt’s ethereal Lux Aeterna conducted by the composer. Before a brief intermission, we're joined by a pantheon of vocalists for selections
