Bellevue, an 11 year-old Anishinaabe/Métis girl, feels out of touch with the stories her Grandfather (Shoom) passed down to her. Seeking to reconnect with her culture and language, Bellevue embarks on a journey through the woods alongside her imaginary friend, a shapeshifter named Thomas.
