Romeo and Juliet is a passionate and tragic play by William Shakespeare set in Verona. It tells the story of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet, two young lovers from feuding families. Despite their families' bitter enmity, they fall deeply in love after meeting at a Capulet party and secretly marry the next day.
