Comprising an all-female line-up, violinist Seonaid Aitken formed her six-piece ensemble to perform her 2022 album, ‘Chasing Sakura’, which was commissioned by Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival and was Seonaid’s first recording of entirely original material.
