‘Steeltown’ was Big Country's second studio album, recorded at ABBA’s Polar Studios in Stockholm and produced by Steve Lillywhite. Released in October 1984, it topped the UK album charts. Amid the nationwide Miners Strike, Bruce Watson recalls, “We started work in June 1984 at Abba’s studio.
