A fan favorite returns to the Arsht Center. Born and raised in Miami to Afro-Cuban and Puerto Rican parents, singer-songwriter Victoria Blue credits her diverse upbringing for who she is today. Her music is a fusion of pop, R&B and soul with a strong Latin flair.
