Revel in the heart-wrenching drama of Brahms’ “visionary masterpiece,” ranked sixth among all classical symphonies by the BBC. Guest conductor Gustavo Gimeno leads the program, which also includes a new co-commission by 2022 Kennedy Center Honoree Tania León and Elgar’s emotional Cello Concerto performed by Camille Thomas.
