Amici Dance Theatre Company celebrate their 45th anniversary with a full-company production, Our Time, a love story that spans the decades from the 1970s to the present day, produced by Turtle Key Arts.

Livat Hammersmith

Mina Harker has a story to tell. Armed only with her husband’s journal, a pile of old letters and her wits, she begins to piece together the story of the mysterious Count Dracula and his journey to England.

But is Mina’s story merely memory – or does it have the power to conjure the dead?

Dracula

It’s Dublin, 1982, and sixteen year old Conor can’t catch a break. His parents are fighting, his brother won’t leave the house and he’s not fitting in at his new Catholic school.

Enter Raphina, a mysterious girl who’s too cool for school and on the lookout for a modelling job. In an effort to impress, Conor hires her to star in a music video for his band. Only problem is he doesn’t have a band. Yet.

Sing Street

The Bains’ corner shop in Wolverhampton has been at the centre of the family for three generations.

In 1969, Mrs Bains is balancing running the business, caring for her ailing husband and the demands of her two headstrong daughters, who each have their eye on a different kind of future.

Marriage Material

Helena is a woman on a mission. Since the death of her high-flying husband, she has dedicated herself to reclaiming his legacy. And her hard work is about to pay off, with a new children’s hospital bearing his name on the brink of opening.

Ghosts

But things don’t go according to plan. Dreams quickly turn to nightmares, humanity erodes, nature stirs. As society strives to make sense of the darkness that sits inside it, how long will it take for people to fight back against the endless cycle of violence and corruption?

Macbeth

Meet Vy, a talented songwriter looking to make it big in the 1940’s Harlem scene. She quickly learns from her uncle Jester that women will never be taken seriously in a man’s world. But, like many a strong hero, she refuses to accept defeat. Through her gender fluid cunning, she meets club owner The Duke and sensational nightclub singer Lady Liv and is swept up in a syncopated symphony of melodies, mistaken identities and romance. Who will come out on top?

Returning to the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre this December, Joe brings all the festive cheer, ridiculous audience interaction and virtuoso musicianship to the party of the season. Featuring not only his all-star band but also special guests, plus The Salvation Army Brass Band and the globally renowned Soul Sanctuary Gospel Choir.
