Together with the string quartet Who Killed Bambi and the jazz pianist Mads Bærentzen, Maestra, Sora and the Aarhus Girls' Choir draw an atmospheric musical winter landscape ✨🎶
The concert will, with intense vocal sound, string tones and lighting, draw the audience into Christmas and winter moods with the sound of northern lights, biting frost and heartwarming 💖❄

Sing and dance into Christmas with the Aarhus Music School's elf orchestra and hear Christmas music played and sung by music school students.

Young students from Aarhus Music School, LAURA Music School, local clubs and after-school homes
plays into Christmas at the venue Radar when, true to tradition, they invite you to ROCK WITH LUCIA.
Much of the music is written by the young musicians themselves, who are all aged 12-20.
They are looking forward to firing it up with super Radar sound and stage show.
Come and enjoy the evening and support the young people who work all year to improve their skills on their instruments

It is a concert where each participant presents a 7 min. long program and judges from the Jutland Music Conservatory award a number of prizes

Young Players Classic 2025 - FINALE

Børn Spiller Klassisk is a musical celebration day and must help give the participating children and young people an experience of community, something to play towards, and a network with other children who are also ambitious with their music.

True to tradition, the city's Christmas tree is lit with atmospheric music from Aarhus Music School's Wind Ensemble and Aarhus Music School's Spire and Children's Choir.

The ensemble consists of 20 young, seasoned female singers who, since 2021, have met three weekends in the spring and autumn with a changing cast to practice choral music, the inspiring community and the good friendships.

Experience guitar, flute and piano students from Aarhus Music School play  a concert in Musikhuset's café on Sunday, 23 November at 11-12.  There will be soloists and ensembles and music from several different periods in music history.

Music school students, MTAs, outside guests – anyone who wants to jam is welcome. The audience is also very welcome!
You must be able to hook onto a 12-bar cycle with 3 chords and like to improvise a bit. There will be some time to direct each number.
