Turnover

I do not have enough information about an artistic organization named 'Turnover' without a specific location to provide a reliable description. It is possible that 'Turnover' refers to a group or venue that is not widely recognized in historical or global artistic contexts. For accurate details, additional context such as the type of performances or events they are known for, or a specific geographical location, would be necessary to identify and describe the organization accurately.
