Inselmusik 2025 on the scenic island of Rügen is set to be a vibrant celebration of chamber music, bringing together seasoned artists and emerging talents. Inselmusik 2025: A Harmonious Celebration on the Shores of Rügen

Great things come in small packages – it only takes four musicians to form a string quartet, but the emotions they can create are infinite. Eighteenth century eloquence and wit, untamed passions from the Hungarian countryside, and a Scottish seascape from the extraordinary imagination of Fergus Hall: anything’s possible when the Fibonacci Quartet returns to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Inselmusik 2025 brings together experienced and young chamber musicians who will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the island of Rügen for three days of music-making. Eckart Runge, former cellist of the legendary Artemis Quartet, and his duo partner Jacques Ammon will lead the festival and also present their own transcendent programs. The young musicians will have the opportunity to showcase their work in portrait concerts.

For the grand finale of the Inselmusik festival, Eckart Runge and Jacques Ammon bring their latest "Concert Visuel" and transport the audience to France! With music from Ravel to Aznavor , they celebrate the "Esprit Français," ably supported by the mimes Bodecker & Neander. Their fellow Inselmusik members, the two young quartets, will also be joining them on the journey.
