Fell Out Boy

I do not have sufficient reliable knowledge about an artistic organization named 'Fell Out Boy.' It is possible that this name might be similar to or mistaken for 'Fall Out Boy,' which is a well-known American rock band from Wilmette, Illinois. However, without additional information specific to an artistic organization by the name of 'Fell Out Boy,' I am unable to provide an informed description. If 'Fell Out Boy' is a smaller or emerging group, or if it is a name used in a specific artistic context, that information is currently beyond my knowledge base.
