Grymlings, the Swedish hit band, is making a sensational comeback 35 years after their breakthrough. The group was formed by rock icon Mikael Rickfors, and was named after his farm on Gotland.

"It feels fantastic to be able to go out and play these songs again, it's something I'm really looking forward to. It will also be a way for us to remember and pay tribute to our late members Magnus Lindberg and Pugh Rogefeldt. For me personally, it feels a little extra in my heart that the premiere will take place on Gotland, which has meant so much to me and the others in Grymlings," says Mikael Rickfors, singer, songwriter and founder of Grymlings.

I've always found it both fun and challenging to do something more than just a straight-up, regular concert when I get the chance to face an audience. Over the years, I've wrestled with glitchy slide projectors, had heated dialogues with myself in the form of a life-size cardboard doll, rode in a triumphal chariot in gladiator armor, and I've even toured with a real therapist who had therapy with me on stage between songs.

In 2023, the book "OM Niklas Strömstedt" was published, which is an autobiographical journey through both his private life and his more public career, and while working on that book, the idea was born to also let it become the basis for a stage performance.

It is with great joy that we welcome you to yet another Växjö Gospel Festival. Once again we will experience the joy of singing the good news with many others; gospel!

We continue with the arrangement that we meet for rehearsal during a day, and that the repertoire is sent out to the singers well in advance so that we can work on details of the songs during the rehearsal day.

So come along too! Come with the whole gospel choir, church choir, parish choir, youth choir or confirmation group. Or come on your own if you don't sing in a choir.

Join us on a symphonic river cruise through Robert Schumann's homeland, along the sparkling Rhine. Symphony No. 3, the Rhine Symphony, is a declaration of love for the idyllic landscapes where he experienced one of his happiest periods. Schumann master Andrew Manze leads us through this sunny time in Schumann's life. Robert and Clara Schumann were united not only in life, but also in their creations. Clara Schumann's Three Romances, here orchestrated by Benjamin Murashkin, allow us to hear her music with new fervor. The work contains both heartfelt intimacy and melancholy – music that speaks directly to the heart.

Meet Krångs Kapell this spring as they hit the roads and celebrate The Swedish Songbook

Among other things, they have arranged Scorpions' world-famous MTV Unplugged show in Athens, created music for the soundtrack for Spiderman II and produced Björn Skif's immortal classic "Håll Mitt Hjärta". The production duo Mikael Nord Andersson and Martin Hansen have left their mark on both the Swedish and international music scene for many years. Now they are back - this time as producers for Den Svenska Sångboken. But the duo is not content there. In connection with the tour, they are also presenting their new band, Krångs Kapell, consisting of some of the country's most distinguished musicians.

An evening of comedy, music, philosophy and one fart joke

After a successful tour in England, the USA, Australia and New Zealand, Eric Idle will bring his new one-man show to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Estonia in April and May 2026.

As a rare pancreatic cancer survivor, he ironically sings “this may be the last time you see me” in an evening filled with daring couplets, sing-alongs, inappropriate comments, memories of fame and fortune, as well as rare film footage and a virtual band.

In this one-man show, Eric Idle, accompanied by The Virtual Band – a sort of Infinite Monkees Cage band – bids a warm farewell to old friends like George Harrison, Robin Williams and Neil Innes with unique visuals and a tribute to The Rutles, the Beatles parody Eric Idle created that was the world's first mockumentary about "the pre-fab four Dirk, Nasty, Stig and Barry".

The Mnozil Inn is located in Vienna, directly across the street from the city's music academy. In the early 1990s, seven young and cheerful brass students gathered here regularly, and they brought their instruments with them. All kinds of music and songs from all over the world were quickly arranged for their ensemble: well-known works for brass ensemble, schlagers, jazz and pop music, opera and operetta. They always played without sheet music, and the ensemble soon became a favorite entertainment for the other guests at the inn. No worries, prestige or reservations stood in the way of their musical games, and with a large dose of warmth, humor and refined playing, Mnozil Brass captivated its ever-growing audience. It was not just antics that the seven music students were engaged in, as the music was always performed at a sky-high artistic and technical level.

In collaboration with Magdalena Fronczak, the Växjö City Symphony Orchestra wants to highlight some works by female composers.
Magdalena Fronczak, who also presents the concert, is an established music writer and blogger with a focus on female composers in history and the present. Hans-Erik Holgersson conducts.

In the spring of 2026, Magnus Carlsson & Linda Bengtzing will go on a joint tour - two of Sweden's biggest and most beloved pop stars on the same stage!

After several sold-out tours, with over 30,000 tickets sold, it's time again. The audience can expect an evening filled to the brim with speed, joy and above all: hits, hits and nothing but hits!

Magnus and Linda have become a natural couple in the Swedish pop music scene over the years. They had great success together in Melodifestivalen 2023 and offered an acclaimed medley in Lotta at Liseberg, which was praised by both the TV audience and the media in Sweden and abroad.

In the spring of 2026, Sven Ingvars will embark on a major anniversary tour to celebrate 70 years as one of Sweden's most beloved musical treasures.
Few bands have left such a deep imprint on the Swedish folk soul – and even fewer have managed to stay as alive through generations.

With a songbook that ranges from the big hits to the heartfelt ballads, from freckle-faced ladies to poetry, Sven Ingvars continues to build bridges between then and now. Their story is just as much ours – filled with recognition, warmth and musical soul.
