Kulturens hus, in the middle of Luleå city centre, is a popular meeting place full of life and desire. We are Luleå's cultural hub, creative engine and an obvious place for networking and meetings of both a personal and professional nature. Here you will find concert halls, fine conference facilities, a city library, art gallery, ticket office, tourist centre, restaurant and café. The top floor of the building also houses the tenant Norrbottensmusiken. Kulturens hus is one of Norrbotten's most visited places. We have as many visitors as, for example, Kolmården, that is, 500,000 people per year. With our location at Luleå's northern harbor, you can enjoy a fantastic view and beautiful bright summer nights.
