The Cranberries

The Cranberries was an Irish rock band formed in Limerick in 1989. Although not an artistic venue or organization like an orchestra or theatre, they played a significant role in the music industry. The band consisted of lead vocalist Dolores O'Riordan, guitarist Noel Hogan, bassist Mike Hogan, and drummer Fergal Lawler. The Cranberries are best known for their hit songs from the 1990s, including 'Linger,' 'Zombie,' and 'Dreams.' Their music is often characterized by O'Riordan's unique voice and the band's blend of alternative rock, Irish folk, and pop influences. Over their career, they sold over 40 million records worldwide. The Cranberries' albums received critical acclaim, with 'No Need to Argue' being their best-selling album. The band continued to make music until 2018, when Dolores O'Riordan passed away unexpectedly. Following her death, the band released their final album, 'In the End,' in 2019, using recordings made with O'Riordan.
