The Munich Academic Symphony Orchestra, or ASO for short, consists of approximately 100 musicians (70-90 in concert formation). We have a fixed lineup of strings, woodwinds, and brass. Our repertoire includes classical and romantic works as well as selected modern pieces. You can get an impression of our work as an amateur orchestra on our YouTube channel .
