Fidelio Orchestra

I do not have sufficient reliable knowledge about an organization named 'Fidelio Orchestra' to provide an accurate description. It is possible that this refers to a relatively new or lesser-known ensemble, or perhaps it is a fictional or localized group not widely recognized at the national or international level. Beethoven's 'Fidelio' is a well-known opera, and many musical organizations adopt names inspired by classical works, but specific information about this 'Fidelio Orchestra' is not available.
