Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble

I'm sorry, but I do not have enough information about Don Was and the Pan-Detroit Ensemble to provide a detailed description. This could be a music group likely associated with Don Was, a renowned producer and musician known for his work with Was (Not Was) and various production credits with major artists. If this ensemble is a recent or local initiative, further details may be available from local music resources or news related to Detroit's music scene. Don Was is influential in Detroit and is known for supporting local music projects, so this ensemble might be part of such efforts.
