Elliot Minor

I'm sorry, but I do not have sufficient reliable knowledge about an organization named 'Elliot Minor' in the context of artistic venues, ensembles, orchestras, or theatres. Elliot Minor is known as a British band formed in York, which suggests that the name is associated more with a musical group rather than an artistic organization or venue. If you have additional context or details, such as a specific location or function related to an organization by this name, that might help in clarifying the request. Otherwise, it appears that there is no notable artistic organization by this name within my knowledge base.
