Parallel Fifth

I do not possess sufficient information about an organization named "Parallel Fifth." It is possible that this is a lesser-known or newly established entity within the arts community, or it could refer to a specific performance or project group that is not widely documented or recognized within major artistic institution circles. Without additional information or a more specific location, I am unable to provide a reliable description or history of the organization. If more context or details become available, I would be better equipped to assist with a description.
