Welcome Matt Duo

I do not have sufficient reliable information about the Welcome Matt Duo. Without specific location details and more context, it's challenging to provide an accurate description. It's possible that this is a smaller or less well-documented ensemble or performance group, and thus not widely covered in available references. If further details, such as a geographic area or notable members associated with the ensemble, were available, it might assist in identifying them more precisely.
