Overpass

I do not have sufficient reliable knowledge about an organization named 'Overpass' in the context of artistic organizations, such as venues or ensembles. Without specific location details or more context, it's challenging to provide accurate information. It's possible that 'Overpass' might refer to a local or niche artistic group not widely recognized, or it might be a non-traditional or newer organization that has not yet gained significant notoriety in the broader artistic community. For more detailed information, it would be best to consult local resources or specific databases related to arts and performance.
