Aktivitetshuset

Aktivitetshuset is the project and culture house of the Danish minority in Flensburg, Northern Germany, serving as a platform for developing and presenting Danish art and culture in the Danish-German border region. Located at Norderstraße 49, the open house hosts concerts, exhibitions, discussion evenings, courses and cultural projects, and actively supports users in creating culture themselves rather than only presenting it. Facilities include the bookable sound studio LYD and workshop spaces, with a published course programme each season. The house is open five days a week and understands itself as a free, voluntary space for personal development and community — a house for everyone.
