Ayo Brame is an up and coming tenor saxophone jazz musician out of Oakland. A student of the Oakland School for the Arts, he is trained by jazz great Richard Howell by way of Oaktown Jazz Workshops. He considers himself a purist when it comes to jazz as he channels late greats such as John Coltrane and Wayne Shorter.

Agostini brothers Nea & Ale met JC Smith in 2010 when Nea & Ale were searching for international blues artists to play at their family’s venue in Santiago de Chile. It was then when they decided to form a band with their friends and outstanding musicians Américo Olivari & Álvaro Aguirre to accompany JC during his shows. From that first show, Agostini has become JC’s official band for most of his upcoming tours in Latin America.

By the age of fifteen, Michael was already performing in local venues throughout the New York area. With Michael’s ability to play genres such as pop, R&B, rock, jazz, blues, funk, and gospel he went on to form his career and develop talent and reputation as a skilled and versatile bassist and background vocalist.

Footnotes Jazz Band is a San Francisco Bay Area ensemble that showcases contemporary and original big band jazz. Its founding members once played together in the Foothill College jazz program, before going independent under the leadership of Lori Stotko.
