Harzburger Musiktage

The Erlendis Quartet has established itself as one of the most exciting guitar ensembles of its generation, with standing ovations, enthusiastic reviews and numerous awards speaking for themselves. A wide dynamic range and interpretations at once emotional and precise are the quartet's hallmarks, and a passion for music has been at the core of the ensemble's existence, inspiring its international concert tours. The Erlendis Quartet was founded in October 2013; all four founding members were students of Łukasz Kuropaczewski at the Music Academy in Poznan, Poland. From 2015 to 2017 the quartet completed postgraduate studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Music, mentored by Jesper Sivebæk of the Scandinavian Guitar Duo and by Tim Frederiksen.
