Hoftheater Dresden (Weißig)

In 2025 a stage store of around 45 square metres — a so-called side stage — was built on the rear part of the property. This barn extension on the site of the former pigsty complex houses a storage room for stage furniture and sets and a small workshop. This functional building realises an important construction project dating from 1999: it improves and extends the work of the performers, making surprise entrances from the side possible, and that of the technicians, thanks to short transport routes.
