Motala Folkets Hus

Motala Folkets Hus is a community and culture house in Motala that combines restaurants, meeting and conference rooms and a theatre with a public events programme. Its calendar presents touring theatre and children's shows, circus, tribute and pop concerts, stand-up comedy and Christmas concerts, some of them together with the local theatre society Motala Teaterförening. The house also hosts wine lunches and a Christmas market, and its history reaches back to the late 1970s as a place for dance, music, food and politics.
