Based on the 2017 biographical memoir, Keep Your Airspeed Up: The Story of a Tuskegee Airman, this musical dramatization, written by Michael Shirtz, presents the story using the elements of jazz, narration with soloists, and an accompaniment by strings and a chorus of singers.
