The event kicks off at 1:00 pm with "Moving with Bach: Solo Works," featuring four solo performances scattered around the winery's expansive 23,000 sq. ft. wine cave. Each performance, scheduled at 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, and 4:00 pm, will showcase the timeless compositions of Johann Sebastian Bach, providing a moving backdrop to your wine tasting journey.

At 6:30 pm, join Robert Rex, the winemaker, for "A Symphony of Flavors," a guided wine tasting and talk. Learn about Deerfield Ranch Winery's history, its unique cave, and the CleanWine making process that results in wines low in sulfites and histamines. This intimate experience includes tasting five of Deerfield's award-winning wines.

The highlight of the evening, "Cellos in the Cave," begins at 7:30 pm in the Grand Room of the wine cave. This concert features the virtuosic cellists of the Santa Rosa Symphony in a program specially arranged for cello ensemble.
