A chamber opera by Isabelle Aboulker: Beauty marries Bluebeard, and when he goes on a journey, he entrusts her with the keys to his castle - only she must promise not to use the tiniest key. Unfortunately, her curiosity gets the best of her, she betrays his trust, and the story ends tragically. The opera is written for a children's choir, soloists, chamber ensemble, and narrator. It is sung in Danish.
The concert also features more music by the French composer Isabelle Aboulker, with whom Trio Satie has collaborated for many years.
