The company is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and a professional staff team. Justene Vaterlaus holds a permanent seat on the board, with Hannah Jarvis and Robyn Tucker serving terms from 2022 to 2024. The staff team is led by Justene Vaterlaus as the Artistic Director, with Hannah Jarvis as the Assistant Programs Director, Laura Bird as the Operations Coordinator, Lorraine Fisher as the Media Coordinator, and Robyn Tucker as the Director of Operations.
