In the chamber of his soul, Charles confronts the shadows of his past, embarking on a transformative journey of healing and hope. His words will be like a fire shut up in your bones. This suite from Blanchard's critically acclaimed opera features composer Terence Blanchard, trumpet; Justin Austin, baritone; soprano Adrienne Danrich; the E-Collective; and the Turtle Island String Quartet.
