Possum Point Players

The Possum Point Players (PPP) is a vibrant community theater organization located in Georgetown, Delaware, dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape of the region through live theatrical performances. Established with the aim of fostering a love for the arts, PPP has been a hub for local talent and theater enthusiasts for many years. Possum Point Players operates from Possum Hall, situated at 441 Old Laurel Road, which serves as the primary venue for the organization's diverse range of productions. The event was hosted on Possum's new open-air stage adjacent to Possum Hall, showcasing a lineup of musical performances by local artists. Cheryl Graves served as the special event chairperson, and Michael Sprouse was the guest master of ceremonies. In addition to anniversary celebrations, PPP also presents seasonal shows, such as the "Sweet Sounds of the Season," an original holiday revue directed by Kenney Workman with musical direction by Stacey Hartman. This family-friendly production features a talented cast and celebrates the true spirit of the Christmas season with performances scheduled during the month of December.
