The State Ballet of Rhode Island’s Artistic Director Herci Marsden presents A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, – Shakespeare’s classic comedy of a wild night where the worlds of mortals and magical fairies collide.

This season’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a new collaboration of SBRI’s resident choreographers and dancer’s with guest artists & actor’s creating an enchanting experience for people of all ages.

Kick off your holiday season with a RI tradition, Herci Marsden’s COPPELIA, a witty and enchanting love story with a toy shop of dancing dolls and a dash of magic.  With the beautiful music of Leo Delibes, follow a feisty Swanhilda as she makes believe she is the Coppelia doll that comes to life.

SBRI’s cultural treasure COPPELIA, is a ballet that will tickle you with laughter and entertain you as it has entertained audiences for more than 150 years.  At this family friendly show, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for entry.
