The Kentucky Center for Traditional Music invites you to the Morehead Conference Center for an evening concert featuring all sections of student ensemble. KCTM students will present a variety of musical styles including bluegrass, string band and old-time country music.

Steve Leslie’s professional songwriting career spans more than thirty years with songs recorded by Kenny Rogers, Mark Chesnutt, George Strait, Darryl Worley, Rhonda Vincent, Neal McCoy, Ricky Skaggs, Darius Rucker, and more. A multiple BMI Award-winner, Steve received a Grammy for the title cut to Ricky Skaggs' 2004 Best Bluegrass Album of the Year "Brand New Strings.

Join us for a special event to celebrate the Solar Eclipse. We'll have full-dome shows, live TV coverage. You can view the eclipse on the patio (we'll have a limited number of eclipse-viewing glasses). The MSU Tuba Euphonium Ensemble also will perform as part of Spring Tubafest. 

Star Theater Special Event - Solar Eclipse

“Space Tubas,” a concert celebrating the Great North American Eclipse with the MSU Tuba/Euphonium Ensemble,  will be held on the lawn of MSU's Space Science Center on Monday, April 8. 

MSU's Star Theater is also hosting an event to celebrate the eclipse.
