Coachella Valley Symphony

The Coachella Valley Symphony is a distinguished ensemble based in the desert region of Southern California. Established in 1993 by Jeannette Banoczi, the symphony was created out of her fervent desire to foster a passion for music within the community, recognizing the limited opportunities available in the area at the time. The inaugural conductor, Thomas Mancini, laid the groundwork for the symphony's future, which was further developed under the leadership of Maestro Christian Chalifour from 1995 to 2010.
