Towne Street Theatre

Towne Street Theatre is to create, develop and produce original work that is reflective of the African American experience and perspective and how it intersects with other cultures. A Black female-led theatre arts organization, we cultivate voices of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities. Towne Street envisions a future where every artist is free to express their creativity without constraints, and where social justice issues are continually explored, dismantled and acknowledged through the healing power of theatre.
