They began in 2013 with Oxygen, a new play that told the story of the Great 1913 Women’s Suffrage Pilgrimage, touring along the same route that the women walked from Lands End to Hyde Park. Their play The Cause was the first play funded by Arts Council England to forefront women’s stories and led by women through the Strategic Touring fund in 2018. They are also the guardians of The Rebellious Sounds Archive, and producers of Exeter’s Annual International Women’s Day celebration; Occupy the Airwaves, a marathon 16 hour community radio broadcast on Phonic FM.
