Ulysses's Travels is a tale set to music, for instruments that harmonize with recorded voices. The themes of the tale are the emotions I've been inspired by reading and imagining some of Ulysses's travels, a character three millennia old, a figure of a fascination and wonder that still remain indecipherable today. With instrumental music, of course, we don't recount events that only words can describe. But music can attempt to materialize the emotion those events still evoke today.
